you need to make your curves (side view) extrude them,then make a shape (cyan colored) booleon diff the two,  then taper the shank by using 'taper' or 'cage edit', add stones and your done

I made video for modeling this ring in HD format but You Tube is rejecting it because of video time is over 15 min.

What is the size of the video? In our youtube account we can upload unlimited size.

Can you help me please I'm trying to draw a shield shaped signet ring.
