i can't export a ring with a texture in stl file.i select both filr the ring and the texture but it doesn't workCan someone help me?Continue

"you can use .1-.01 should be fine for milling...also for milling purposes you do not have to join or 'fuse' or make 'watertight'"

"i can open both file you send me (whit mini magics) but the problem is that both surfaces (texture and ring) are not fusioned.
can you tell me how can i fusionned those two objects?"

"With another sample (not using 3d texture), the export in stl file works perfectley

"Hi Pat,
I exported this STL with 0.001mm tolerance. Do you think it is over killed ? I'm really not sure how the tolerance will effect the quality of the milled piece hence I go with the max... Love to hear from your opinion.
